What if my flight is delayed?

Add your flight number and we plan your pickup around your real landing time. The first 60 minutes of waiting are free; after that RM80/hour (Innova) or RM90/hour (Staria, Alphard).

Where do I meet the driver?

At the arrival hall. We send your driver's name, car plate and meeting point on WhatsApp before you land. A name board is available for RM20.
