Malaysia City Transfer – Service Policy
Please read the terms and conditions below carefully before making your booking.
Service Availability
Services are available exclusively within Malaysia.
Operations run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, throughout the year.
Bookings must be made at least one day in advance; last-minute requests are subject to availability.
Vehicle models may be assigned based on the scheduled travel date and availability.
All rates are fixed, transparent, and inclusive.
Driver gratuities are optional and not included in the fare.
How to use our service
- After booking confirmation, our customer service team will contact you using your provided details.
- We will verify your pick-up/drop-off locations, date, and time.
- Driver contact information will be shared once the booking is confirmed.
- For assistance during your journey, contact your driver or our customer service team anytime.
Additional Pick-up / Drop-off Points
Each additional pick-up or drop-off location will incur a charge of RM30.
There is no limit to the number of additional points.
Arrival Transfer (Airport Pick-up)
A complimentary waiting period of up to 1 hour is provided after your flight lands.
To ensure timely service, please provide your flight number so that our driver may track your arrival in real time.
Departure Transfer / Point-to-Point Transfer
A complimentary waiting period of up to 30 minutes is provided from the scheduled pick-up time.
Should the waiting time exceed 30 minutes, the following rates will apply:
RM80 per hour – Toyota Innova
RM90 per hour – Toyota Alphard / Vellfire / Hyundai Starex / Staria
Parking fees, fuel surcharges, and booking fees are all included in the fare. No hidden charges apply.
Baby Car Seat
- Child safety seats are available with an additional charge of RM25. If required, please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
- Secure your reservation in advance and enjoy flexible payment with our Book-now, Pay-later option.
- Accepted payment methods: Cash & Bank Transfer
Cancellation Policy
- To reschedule, please contact our team at least 1-2 days in advance.
- To cancel, inform our team at least 1–2 days in advance.
- No cancellation fee within the advised time frame.
