Questions
Where do I meet the driver?
At the arrival hall. We send your driver's name, car plate and meeting point on WhatsApp before you land. A name board is available for RM20.
Is the price per person?
No. The price is for the whole car, up to the passenger and luggage limit of the car you choose.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.
What happens if my arrival flight is delayed?
Add your flight number so we can arrange pickup around the actual landing time. A flight delay does not count as waiting. Airport pickups include 60 minutes free after landing; after that, waiting is RM80 per hour for Innova or RM90 per hour for Staria and Alphard, with part-hours counted as a full hour.
How far ahead should I book an airport transfer?
Please book at least 24 hours ahead where you can. For pickup within 3 hours, contact our team on WhatsApp to check availability. Submitting a request does not itself confirm a car; the team confirms by sending your driver and vehicle details.
Can I pay the driver in cash?
Yes. Under our booking terms, after the team confirms your booking you may pay in cash to the driver or by bank transfer to the company account. Follow the payment arrangement confirmed with the team.
